In the docs (http://www.rubyenterpriseedition.com/documentation.html#_manual_installation_for_experts) in section 2.2.4 it states that the fast-threading will be installed. Above it states that you must "explicitly enabled by passing –fast-threading to the installer." So... do I have to pass that to the install or not.
